Shrimp from the desert

Blue Oasis Pure Shrimp, a shrimp grown on land and not just any land but the Mojave Desert. Blue Oasis is setting the bar when it comes to sustainability and their carbon footprint. The companies skill at growing the shrimp at a near 1:1 ratio where traditional shrimp aquaculture is 1:4.

Blue Oasis say their success is in part due to the closed loop system with no effluent discharge sludge removal or flocculation procedure.
