Oil spill in the Gulf increases interest in Indiana shrimp

Indiana’s aquaculture industry could help fill a void in shrimp production after the devastation of the BP’s Gulf oil spill. Kwamena Quagrainie, aquaculture marketing director for Purdue University, said that people are concerned after the oil spill, about the quality of the seafood coming from the Gulf.
